There was a dead fly on the corner seating area the waitress tried to sit us at. I let her know, and instead of using manners, her reply in a rude tone of voice was, “well I can’t take it if you don’t move!!†Instead if staying we left but before we did, I asked another worker what the rude waitresses name was and they seemed reluctant but gave it. The manager didn’t seem to care much either. We went to another breakfast restaurant and they had so much better service.

The food was delicious and the service was good,but the overall cleanliness in the restaurant could improve. There was food on the floor under several tables as i looked around, and i got a coffee cup with lipstick on it.

Server was good, the omelet was good but my hashbrowns looked and tasted like the cook tried to deep fry them then realized it was a bad idea and took them out half way through. I could almost see through some of them with the grease level

Ordered steak medium rare, came uncooked. Asked for it to be cooked again came back rare again cold and bloody in middle. Staff rude from the beginning and didnt bring coffee by for over an hour ignored customers and overall awful.

I mean Smittys is Smittys. 98% of the time its very good. This place was no exception, it was great, but the seating here is oddly very tight. Don't go with your family if they're tall cause you'll be rubbing knees the whole time.
